Purpose

Screencap is a screenshot capture, annotation, and sharing tool. It is not an adult-content hosting service, file locker, or platform for abusive content.

Prohibited Content

You may not upload, store, or share content through Screencap that includes:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult sexual content
  • Content involving minors in a sexual, exploitative, or abusive context
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, leaked private images, or revenge porn
  • Harassment, threats, hate, abuse, or targeted humiliation
  • Illegal content or content that facilitates illegal activity
  • Copyrighted material you do not have the right to upload or share
  • Spam, malware, phishing, scams, or attempts to abuse the service

Enforcement

We may remove content, disable public links, suspend accounts, block repeated uploads, or preserve relevant account metadata when needed to investigate or respond to abuse. We may act without notice when content appears to violate this policy or creates legal, safety, or operational risk.

Upload Moderation

Images selected for cloud upload may be checked by Sightengine or another moderation service configured by the Screencap operator before they are stored. The check may reject an upload, but automated moderation is not a guarantee that every violation will be detected. More information about this transfer is available in the Privacy Policy.

Reports

Report abuse, illegal content, or policy violations to abuse@screencap.app. Include the Screencap link and a short description of the issue.
